Maurizio Marinelli, graduated at DAMS (University of Bologna) in Teoria delle Forme (Forms theory - Aestethic), with Tomás Maldonado and Giovanni Anceschi.
He has carried on numerous activities in visual design, communication and publishing industry. Today he's a communication consultant and art director for a private company, some publishers and president of some foundations.
As a visual artist his research moves between abstract painting digital images and video (experimenting different techniques and treating forms, sounds and colours as signs of a visual grammar whose inspiration is music).
He has taken part in many one-man and collective shows.
His works, acrylics on canvas or digital formats, are exhibited in public and private places as well on the web and social networks.
